- Work hands-on in Databricks environment
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams
- Build and iterate on machine learning (ML) models for prediction and optimization
- Apply advanced techniques such as neural networks, decision trees, and classical optimization
- Initiate and support new ML projects
- Contribute to early-stage AI agent development for design applications (nice to have)
- Interface with vendor models and internal ML pipelines
- Contribute to ML Ops concepts (not focused on heavy engineering)
- Contract: 6-12 months, potential contract-to-hire
- Remote work, but must be local for onsite interview
