Product Designer
Role summary
Lattica is seeking a Product Designer to create a beautiful and accessible user experience for their prediction market platform. This role offers significant autonomy, working directly with founders to shape a novel financial system. The Product Designer will own desktop and mobile UI/UX, engage with traders to inform the roadmap, and collaborate with the engineering team. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, user-focused, and prefer an iterative approach. Experience with prediction markets or financial interfaces is highly valued, and frontend coding skills are a plus. The role is remote, with a preference for relocation to Philadelphia.

Lattica’s mission is to turn prediction markets into the largest asset class on Earth and, along the way, make traders an ungodly amount of money. Our initial product is the first scalable yet safe decentralized lending and leverage platform for prediction markets.

What You’ll Do
Own Lattica’s desktop and mobile UI/UX.
Use Lattica A LOT.
Talk to traders regularly, and bring what you learn back into the roadmap.
Uncompromisingly demand perfection from the engineering team.
Stay close to both fields you're working across: what's happening in prediction markets, and how the best trading and financial interfaces are being built.
Who You Are
