## Minimum Qualifications
Seven years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus four years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
A bachelor’s degree plus four years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services; OR
An advanced degree or a Juris Doctorate plus three years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs; or in public health, public relations, social services, health services, health regulation, or administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

## Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
- Lead the development of reporting infrastructure to track utilization, access to care, clinical outcomes, and program costs for CCBHCs and the 1115 Re-entry Waiver
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs, define data elements, and ensure alignment with program goals and requirements
- Work with LDH teams and contractors to design and implement databases and data systems that support reporting and analytics
- Provide input on process improvements and efficiencies in the development and maintenance of reporting systems
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support program monitoring, evaluation, and decision-making
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports to meet state and federal reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal staff and external partners to create report templates, analytical tools, and data processes
- Develop SQL and SAS queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple data sources
- Coordinate with requestors to ensure clear understanding of data needs, reporting expectations, and final outputs
- Perform other duties as assigned to support OBH initiatives and priorities
