The Role
This isn’t a “post and schedule” job.
You’ll own how our brand shows up—every day, across every channel.
You’ll blend sub-brands, content pillars, and messaging seamlessly—BedBoss, Van Upfits, Legends of the Road, Built on LEGEND—all anchored to one thing: the LEGEND badge.
What You’ll Do
*Build & Grow the Brand*
Grow and engage our audience through daily content (stories, reels, posts, giveaways)
Turn attention into community—and community into demand
*Create Premium Content*
Design and curate a clean, intentional grid
Build stories and posts that feel premium—not templated
Shoot, edit, and produce content (photo + video)
*Tell the Full Story*
Capture everything—from manufacturing to end use
Make someone 10,000 miles away feel exactly who we are and where we’re going
Bring Legends of the Road to life through real people and real stories
*Operate Across Formats*
One day: carousels breaking down how we solve fleet/customer problems
Next: Instagram stories + reels
Next: coordinating shoots using internal talent
*Drive Creative Strategy*
Reuse and remix content intelligently
Pull inspiration from brands doing it right
Bring humour and personality (without chasing bad trends)
*Expand Reach*
*Support influencer and collaboration strategy*
Help us grow as we expand deeper into the truck world
Contribute to merch strategy and brand extensions
What You’re Good At
You understand social deeply—what works and why
You have a sharp eye for design, branding, and storytelling
You can edit, curate, and create at a high level
You’re comfortable on camera and behind it
You notice details others miss—and know they matter
You think like both a creator and a strategist
Bonus If You
Have experience in the automotive aftermarket or truck world
Have worked with influencers or built brand collaborations
Have helped grow a brand account with real results
Location
Preferred: Tillsonburg, ON (HQ)
Also open to: Burnsville, MN or remote for the right person

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
