What Will You Do
- Lead the product development lifecycle for the fiber connectivity product line—ensuring solutions reflect customer needs, emerging technologies, and business opportunities.
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to support product launches, customer engagement, and training initiatives.
- Develop compelling and clear product collateral including catalogs, sell sheets, videos, and promotional materials.
- Own key product metrics including revenue growth, margin performance, service levels, and inventory health.
- Participate in the S&OP process to share forecasts and collaborate with sourcing and manufacturing teams.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and support strategic planning.
- Join industry events and tradeshows as a representative of Legrand’s fiber portfolio.
Qualifications
What you Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in product management, marketing, engineering, or a related field. Experience with fiber optics strongly preferred.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams by providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and project‑management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Collaborative communication style with the ability to work across functional teams and build trusted partnerships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear presentation and listening abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose meaningful, innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
