Role summary
Leidos is seeking an Integration System Test Engineering Lead with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience. The role involves component testing for Hypersonic Glide Bodies (HGB), focusing on analyzing test requirements, methods, and parameters. Responsibilities include reviewing integrated test documentation and equipment, assisting with test equipment changes, verifying quality and requirements through V&V plans, developing future test designs, and creating Technical Data Packages. Integration System Test Engineering Lead
to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as an Electrical Engineer that will handle aspects of component testing, leading to production of Hypersonic Glide Bodies (HGB). Knowledge of testing with an emphasis on analysis of test requirements, test methods and analysis of test parameters. Specific duties will include review of HGB integrated test documentation to assess processes and methods meet the test requirements, review existing integrated test equipment Technical Data Package and drawings to ensure they are correct and up to date, assist in preparation of future changes to test equipment for implementation into production use, verifying quality, documentation, test requirements are met through verification and validation plans. In addition, the candidate will support development of future test designs by understanding system interconnect diagrams, hardware and software requirements, develop test methods and procedures to meet test requirements, and assist in developing Technical Data Package for delivery to customers. In addition, the candidate will need to write/issue Non-Conformance Reports and address quality issues during the Integrated Test process. Will need to be able to troubleshoot the electrical unit under test Work will be conducted in an integration/production facility along with a laboratory environment. Travel to Sandia National Labs and other production facilities as necessary.

Primary Responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited school is required. Candidate should haveat least 8+ yearsof relevant experience or four (4) additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Candidate must be capable of reading engineering drawings and following work instructions to produce complex assemblies and provide valuable feedback to engineering.
- Candidate must have familiarity with working with electrical schematics and cable/wiring diagrams, and how to read requirements from them.
- Candidate must have familiarity with requirement decomposition.
- Candidate must be able to work independently, or as part of a team, in a dedicated workforce.
- Candidate must be able to provide rapid integration and troubleshooting support for system-level integration.
- Candidate must be able to assume responsibility for testing a variety of electronic/electrical hardware, including electrical/mechanical assemblies.
- Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment, which will include test, manufacturing engineers, senior leaders, and customer.

Pay Range
Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00
