Role summary
Leland is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Coach to guide students and professionals pursuing nursing careers. This role involves teaching core clinical skills, assisting with certification requirements, and providing career support such as resume review, interview preparation, salary negotiation, and networking strategies. The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with prior coaching or mentoring experience and a structured approach to both clinical and career topics. Coaches set their own hours and rates, working virtually to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience.

Coaches also support the career side of the journey, including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy to help nurses land the right role and grow their professional network. Ideal candidates have professional experience as a registered nurse, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down clinical and career topics alike. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
