Job Summary
We are seeking an early-career Associate Product Security Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of product security initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate who is interested in the intersection of cybersecurity, product development, and program management. The Associate Product Security Program Manager will work with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, IT, compliance, and security to help track security requirements, manage project milestones, and support secure product development practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of product security programs and projects across multiple teams.
  • Help track timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risks for product security initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure security activities are incorporated into product development processes.
  • Assist with maintaining documentation related to security requirements, policies, standards, and project status.
  • Monitor action items and follow up with stakeholders to keep security projects on schedule.
  • Support product security reviews, assessments, and remediation tracking.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Help identify process improvement opportunities to strengthen product security operations and program efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and communicate next steps to stakeholders.
  • Stay current on basic cybersecurity, product security, and secure development concepts.
