### Description and Requirements

About the Role

The Senior Supply Chain Program Manager supports the development and execution of complex tools, processes, and systems capabilities in order to drive efficiency, reduce cost, and implement CSP customer initiatives. This role partners with CSP, GSC, and DT/IT leaders, as well as our largest CSP customers, to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and track progress against business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer-facing focal for IT-related transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the annual CSP DT/IT STAMP planning process and track budget consumption through the fiscal year. Ensure projects come in at or below budget and that projects are finished within the fiscal year to minimize budget carryover.
  • Responsible for value stream mapping processes, including but not limited those within Procure to Pay, Sales Order to Cash, and Design to Deploy workstreams.
  • Thoroughly define business requirements and work with Technical Project Managers to translate these business needs into technical requirements for solutions design.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects to drive automation, cycle time reduction, mistake-proofing, etc. Develop structured plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure effective implementation and drive business partners to achieve timely completion.
  • Routinely present to CSP, DT/IT, and GSC leadership, as well as external customers.
  • Coach and mentor other Program Managers and Technical Project Managers on the team.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years’ experience in Project Management, preferably leading IT-related initiatives.
  • Proven track record of leading and executing complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver effective executive-level presentations.
  • Experience in interfacing with customers and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
