Role summary

This role involves migrating the company website to Shopify, managing social media marketing, and maintaining/enhancing custom Node.js/MySQL internal systems (CRM, Invoicing, Document Management). Responsibilities include optimizing the Shopify store, developing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, and acting as the primary IT contact. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Node.js, MySQL, Shopify setup, and Facebook Ads Manager, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile, tech-savvy individual to lead our digital transition and scale our online presence. You will be responsible for migrating our current e-commerce operations to
Shopify
, managing our
Social Media Marketing
, and maintaining/improving our custom-built
Node.js/MySQL
internal systems (CRM, Invoicing, and Document Management).
Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce & Web Migration
- Lead the migration of our current website to the
Shopify
platform.
- Optimize the Shopify store for conversions, SEO, and user experience.
- Manage app integrations and ensure seamless synchronization between Shopify and our internal systems.
2. Internal Systems Development (Full-Stack)
- Maintain and enhance our custom internal CRM, invoicing, and document management systems.
- Write clean, scalable code using
Node.js
.
- Manage and optimize our
MySQL
database to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement new features to improve company workflow.
3. Digital Marketing & Growth
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on
Facebook
and other social media platforms.
- Manage social media accounts to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Analyze marketing data and sales metrics to refine strategies and increase ROI.
4. General IT & Operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related improvements within the company.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks using software solutions.
Qualifications
- Technical Stack:
Strong proficiency in
Node.js
and
MySQL
is required.
- E-commerce:
Proven experience setting up and managing
Shopify
stores.
- Marketing:
Experience running
Facebook Ads Manager
and managing professional social media pages.
- Problem Solver:
