LHH is working on an exclusive search for a Corporate Finance Manager with a large, privately held company headquartered in Kansas City. This role will report to the SVP of Finance and will play a pivotal role in supporting the consolidated US financials from an FP&A perspective. This is a high visibility role with direct access to the CEO/CFO.

The Finance Manager job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Lead global financial reporting and deliver insights to senior leadership and the board.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles.
  • Monitor investments and define KPIs with segment finance teams.
  • Partner with leadership on capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Collaborate with Treasury to optimize cash flow, working capital, and risk management.
  • Provide decision-support tools, financial models, and ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives.
  • Build and lead the Corporate FP&A team, focusing on talent development and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Comparable Field
  • Public accounting and/or 6+ years of corporate finance experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other tools
