Family Law Paralegal

Encino, CA | On-site | Full-time

A well-established boutique family law firm in Encino is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to support a busy and collaborative practice. This is a full-time, fully onsite role with meaningful involvement in cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with divorce, custody, and support matters
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and case files
• Prepare court filings, trial binders, and exhibits
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Qualifications

• 3+ years of family law paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of California family law procedures
• Experience with discovery, filings, and case management
• Highly organized with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in-office full time

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000–$115,000 depending on experience
