Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

$90K plus options, annual salary.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help design, develop, and support enterprise applications across cloud, frontend, backend, and database technologies.

This is a hands-on full-stack role focused on building scalable solutions using Azure, React, .NET APIs, and SQL databases. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning technical solutions end-to-end, partnering directly with business stakeholders and SMEs, and leading development efforts alongside an established offshore engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services
• Work closely with SMEs and business partners to define and implement technical solutions
• Lead solution design and technical decision-making for new features and enhancements
• Collaborate with and provide guidance to an existing development team in India
• Build and maintain React-based UIs, .NET APIs, and SQL database solutions
• Support cloud-based deployments and application infrastructure in Azure
• Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with:
• Azure
• React
• .NET / C#
• SQL / relational databases
• Full-stack development experience across UI, APIs, and databases
• Ability to work independently and drive solutions with minimal oversight
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams preferred

Team Structure

This role will work alongside another Senior Software Engineer and help lead an established offshore development team.

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
