Role summary
Lightcast is seeking an experienced digital designer to own the UX and visual design of its digital experiences, primarily focusing on the corporate website. This role involves creating intuitive and engaging online experiences by balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements. The designer will collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and content teams to build and scale Lightcast’s digital presence, translating business goals into exceptional digital experiences. Key responsibilities include leading website design initiatives, optimizing user journeys through analytics and A/B testing, and improving website performance and accessibility. The ideal candidate possesses strong UX/UI design expertise, excellent project management skills, and experience in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
