Role summary

Lead the setup and execution of electrical and functional system tests for next-generation spacecraft systems within a unique System Integration Lab (SIL). This role involves analyzing results, documenting findings, validating performance, and resolving hardware/software interface issues. The Lead Engineer will coordinate testing across multiple programs and teams, shape testing standards, and contribute to critical national and space operations. A Bachelor's in Engineering or related field and experience testing spacecraft or missile systems are required, along with proven leadership and communication skills. The position is fully onsite.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in space/missile system integration & test (electrical, EMC/EMI, environmental).
  • Knowledge of SMC-S-016 and/or MIL-STD-810.
  • Experience in a satellite or missile test lab.
