Who You Are
As a member of the Lockheed Martin, Global Supply Chain, Material Program Management Team, and as an individual contributor for the F-22 Sustainment team, you will impact major complex procurements of different contract types and will have continued interaction with Lockheed Martin program management and LM SCM Upper Leadership. You’ll need to operate autonomously and have the business acumen for interaction with the strategic supplier leadership chains. In addition, You’ll be looked upon to help guide and mentor other members of the team with their continued learning and training.
What You Will Be Doing
In this fast-paced role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the development and implementation of material program strategies, providing pursuit support and coordinating with supply chain teams to ensure alignment and effective planning. This role will be responsible for leading the development of program subcontract management plans and working closely with the program managers and cross-functional integrated product teams (IPT). You will also be responsible for facilitating project coordination and utilizing program management tools to monitor and report program performance to objectives, including budget, schedule, and other management requirements. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategies to support program decision-making.

Further Information About This Opportunity
This position is a hybrid role performed 50% on-site in Fort Worth, TX.
Must be a US Citizen this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Occasional domestic travel could be required (up to 25%)

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline.
- Advanced communication and presentation experience
- Experience in program management, business development, and finance
- Experience building relationships with programs, subcontractors and functional stakeholders, as well as delivering results to those stakeholders
- Experience representing the SCM organization to both internal & external stakeholders; at all levels
Desired Skills:
- 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree in supply chain management.
- In depth understanding of procurement principles, contract management, and supply chain management
- Experience multi-tasking responsibilities, with appropriate follow-through
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to support program decision-making
- Ability to think strategically and understand program strategy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Ability to Work Remotely:
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
