Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer to support 2nd shift (Mon-Thu) production test operations in Troy, Alabama. Effort consist of supporting EMD and production testing, data evaluation and troubleshot/resolution of test failures. Occasional travel to the Orlando, FL facility for training and support on-site failures (<20% travel).
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities include:
- Performing RF and Sensors testing in a production test environment
- Performing test failure troubleshooting to determine root cause
- Performing analysis of test results and preparing comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports
- Organizing RF test data and conducting reviews with offsite SMEs to determine pass/fail results
- Defining troubleshooting approaches for failed units
- Supporting Mission Success, Test Readiness and Pre-Ship Readiness Reviews
- Coordinating subsystem and system-level test activities
- Conducting RF engineering development tests to support test requirement changes and test time reduction efforts.

Basic Qualifications:
- Active Secret clearance (with 5 years investigation)
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline, with 3+ years of experience with RF and/or electronics testing
- Experience with RF test equipment
- Experience with electronics troubleshooting and problem solving
- Experience supporting preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events
- Experience supporting test readiness preparation and test readiness reviews
- Experience with integration and testing of subsystem/system level assemblies
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge of subsystem hardware/software components and capabilities
- Experience with Radar Systems
- Production Test Experience
- Experience with antenna and sensor RF testing/troubleshooting
- Experience working with MATLAB test scripts
- Experience with Failure Investigations (FRBs)
- Programming experience (Ex: C++, Python, etc)
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
