Description

We are looking for a data analyst to assist with processing data for several key projects. Specifically, the Data Analyst will help in classifying Loeb clients by leveraging multiple data sources, manipulating data into usable formats, and creating data for end users to consume. If the data analyst shows interest and aptitude, there will be an opportunity to learn about dashboards and databases.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and process data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Classify and segment client data based on defined criteria and business rules
  • Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured, usable formats
  • Prepare datasets and reports for end users, ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • Maintain organized data files and documentation for ongoing projects
  • Identify inconsistencies or gaps in data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Any experience with data tools (Power BI or Tableau, for example) is a plus
