Role summary
Loveland Center, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for its Adult Day Training program in North Port, Florida. This role requires a proven ability to manage staff, drive program growth, and maintain high professional standards in health, safety, and participant supervision. Responsibilities include overseeing all program services, fostering life skills development, participating in hiring and training, managing crisis situations, and developing new programs. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in educational, healthcare, or related fields, with one year working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, are required. A valid Florida driver's license and reliable vehicle are also necessary.

Responsibilities
- Maintain professional standards of the highest quality with regards to health, safety, program management, staff, participant supervision, and other company needs.
- Effectively maintain lines of communication among participants, parents/guardians, staff, volunteers, Chief Programs Officer, and administrative team regarding all aspects of daily programming.
- Oversee all programs and services in your service area and promote an atmosphere conducive to life skills development and training in all program areas.
- Participate in interviewing, hiring and training processes of new staff in the assigned area.
- During a crisis situation coordinate all activities related to the situation until resolution is reached and the safety of participants and employees is assured.
- Develop and implement new programs that serve the needs of the center.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least two (2) years’ experience working in an educational, health care, or related fields and at least one (1) year working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Experience will substitute year for year for educational experience
- Must have and maintain a valid Florida driver license and have access to a reliable motor vehicle
