Associate Principal - Cloud Engineering
Role summary
LTIMindtree is seeking an Associate Principal Cloud Engineer with 12-15 years of experience, specializing in AWS DevOps. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Bethesda, MD, three days a week. The position focuses on leveraging AWS services for compute, database, networking, and identity management, with a strong emphasis on Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation and Terraform. Key responsibilities include Python automation, CI/CD pipeline management with Jenkins and Harness, and cloud cost optimization through FinOps principles and AI-driven chargeback models. Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace is preferred. The role demands strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.

- Good understanding of monitoring and observability tools eg Dynatrace including interpretation of metrics logs and performance insights to support cost performance analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Solid understanding of cloud cost drivers and practical approaches to ongoing optimizations
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex problems identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Working knowledge of AIdriven chargeback models and AWS Bedrock integration within FinOps frameworks Basic

Compensation range: $149,413.00 to $169,598.00 per year
