Role summary
LTV.ai is seeking a Junior Full-Stack Engineer to join their AI & Growth Automation team. This role involves working with a modern tech stack including React, TypeScript, NestJS, AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL, and ClickHouse. The engineer will contribute to enhancing the AI infrastructure and conversation engine for e-commerce brands, driving customer engagement and growth. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in the stack and 1+ year in the e-commerce/email marketing industry, with an interest in AI coding tools. This is an opportunity to shape product and grow with a high-growth company.

- Refining our AI infrastructure to enable deeper segmentation, optimize customer-level memory, and integrate advanced agentic workflows for greater adaptability and efficiency
- Enhancing our AI conversation engine to deliver self-optimizing interactions that gather actionable feedback, helping brands better understand their customers.
- Expanding self-service capabilities to provide smaller brands on our waitlist—and across the industry—seamless access to the LTV.ai platform

What We're Looking For (ideally)
- 2+ years of experience in our stack
- 1+ year of experience in our industry (ecommerce / email marketing)
- Excitement about using AI coding tools to increase productivity (e.g. Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot)
