- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, optical engineering, applied physics, or a related field
- 2+ years of practical experience in optics, photonics, laser systems, or testing
- Familiarity with optical components and methods such as lasers, photodiodes, fiber optics, and signal integrity
- Experience using optical test equipment (e.g., interferometers, power meters, spectrum analyzers)
- At least 1 year of programming experience (e.g., Python, C++, or LabVIEW)
