*Where You’ll Work*

This role is open to remote work from one of the States that we are established in – Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Texas, and West Virginia. There are opportunities for hybrid work if located close to Baltimore, MD.

What You Will Do

Luminultra is recruiting an Inside Sales Manager to lead our dynamic and growing team of Inside Sales professionals. Success will be measured through revenue growth within our portfolio of technologies and solutions. This position offers a base salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 USD, depending on experience, with the opportunity for increased compensation through our Sales Incentive Bonus Plan.

In this role, you will engage closely with your team of front-line sellers to generate and nurture new business opportunities, while educating potential and existing customers on the value of Luminultra’s expertise and solutions. You and your team will drive targeted account growth through inbound and outbound lead management, using strategic outreach to build interest, secure commitment, and accelerate sales across our portfolio.

We’re seeking a driven, competitive leader who is passionate about achieving revenue targets, coaching and mentoring others, and building a world-class Inside Sales team. You will leverage modern digital lead generation tools, a CRM, and multi-channel outreach to guide the team in creating, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Along the way, you will coach best-in-class business development practices to engage new prospects, re-activate dormant accounts, and accelerate customer acquisition.

As the Inside Sales Manager, you will work to support key organizational objectives and have responsibilities such as:

  • Direct, lead, and take responsibility for the inside sales representatives’ daily activities.
  • Track metrics to make data-informed decisions about inside sales strategy.
  • Recruit, hire,and onboard new inside sales representatives.
  • Devise and implement training programs.
  • Set individual and team goals.
  • Keep alignment and cooperation with the Vertical Market Teams ensuring mutual support and success.
  • Champion opportunities to consistently improve the Luminultra experience.
  • Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure alignment, engagement, and downstream ownership of Marketing initiatives to grow market share, improve customer experience and build Luminultra brand awareness and reputation.
  • Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on the client’s behalf.
  • Routine auditing of the customer journey to identify and fix gaps.
  • Test new strategies for driving customer value.
  • Continually review and evolve the collection of processes Luminultra uses to track, oversee, and organize every interaction with the customer.
  • Conduct research to discover new techniques necessary to drive greater customer adoption of Luminultra services and solutions.
  • Be willing to travel 10-15% of your time.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

You are a motivated, results-oriented sales leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams. Additionally, you bring skills and experience such as:

  • 2-5 years of sales management experience, with prior inside sales experience
  • Results-driven and competitive, with a proven ability to build strong relationships, overcome rejection, and deliver results
  • Educational background in business, science or engineering is an asset
  • Self-motivated, with a desire to grow within a high-growth organization and progress into more senior roles
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to understand and empathize with customer needs
  • Collaborate team player who prioritizes collective success over individual achievement
