Lumos is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their growing team, focusing on User Access Reviews (UAR) with an emphasis on AI-powered experiences. ### Who you are
- Strong design portfolio: You've got 4+ years of product design experience under your belt, ideally in B2B or complex problem spaces. Your portfolio showcases your fantastic design skills and thoughtful solutions
- Collaborative team player: You're a rockstar at communicating clearly, which makes collaborating with others a breeze. You thrive in team settings and are skilled at building positive relationships with people across different teams — including opinionated engineers and PMs. You know how to navigate competing perspectives and build consensus with confidence
- T-shaped designer: You bring a well-rounded design background to the table, combining broad expertise with deep knowledge in one or more areas of product design
- Strategic product mindset: You've got a knack for product strategy and can seamlessly align your design decisions with our business goals

### What the job involves
- We’re seeing very strong adoption of our core products, and to support accelerating growth, we’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join the team. You'd be among the first 150 employees and help lay the foundation for extreme growth. 📈
- This designer will specialize in User Access Reviews (UAR) — with a focus on Agentic UAR, Lumos's AI-powered access review experience
- You'll shape how AI recommendations surface to security reviewers, how the workflow connects inputs from our AI agent and outputs to policy, and how to make complex access governance feel fast and intuitive
- As a Senior Product Designer at Lumos, you’ll shape the future of our product by tackling complex customer challenges and pushing design boundaries
- You’ll work with talented product managers and engineers in a collaborative, agile environment to define Lumos' next phase. As a key team member, you’ll have a significant impact on our product and organization
