Sr. Product Designer - Contract
Role summary
Luxury Presence is seeking a contract Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts for their AI growth platform in the real estate sector. This role involves end-to-end ownership of user experiences, from problem framing and user research to delivering polished, dev-ready designs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product design experience, proficiency in Figma, and a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered problem-solving and high-quality craft. Responsibilities include collaborating with product and engineering teams, contributing to the design system, and ensuring designs are usable, delightful, and accessible. This is a remote contract position.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (contract) to lead product design efforts within one of our core product areas. You’ll own experiences end to end — from framing problems and surfacing user needs to delivering polished, dev-ready designs — in close partnership with product, engineering, and other functions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving real user problems, can operate independently in a defined space, and wants to grow their influence across craft, collaboration, and product thinking.
What You’ll Be Doing

Design end-to-end user experiences, from early discovery and low-fidelity exploration to detailed, dev-ready execution.

Stay deeply connected to user needs through research, interviews, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Translate insights into clear, usable, and delightful solutions — designing for multiple states, edge cases, and accessibility needs.

Collaborate with PMs and engineers to frame problems and identify the right solutions.

Prototype and test concepts quickly using the appropriate fidelity and tools.

Contribute to our design system, ensuring patterns are reusable, accessible, and well-documented.

Share work early and often: give and receive feedback, participate in critique, and help uplevel team quality.
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in product design

Strong experience designing and shipping digital products in cross-functional teams.

A portfolio that highlights user-centered problem solving, strong UX thinking, and high-quality craft.

Proficiency in Figma, with comfort in component libraries, prototyping, and design tokens.

Clear, confident communication of design decisions, user needs, and tradeoffs.

A keen eye for visual and interaction design, with the judgment to know when to polish and when to ship.
