Senior Fullstack Software Engineer - Mobile
Role summary
LVT is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer with a focus on mobile backend development. This role involves designing and implementing scalable, low-latency backend services and APIs to power LVT's mobile applications. You will address mobile-specific challenges like offline synchronization and real-time alerts, ensuring high reliability and security in cloud deployments. The position requires technical leadership, influencing engineering culture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including React Native and Expo engineers, Product Management, QA, and DevOps. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of backend experience supporting high-traffic applications, proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, AWS, GraphQL, and REST, and experience with mobile-critical integrations.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing the robust services and APIs that power LVT’s mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, low-latency backend solutions that allow our customers to interact seamlessly with the LVT Hardware Platform from their mobile devices. You will tackle mobile-specific challenges, such as offline data synchronization, real-time alerts, variable network conditions, and efficient payload delivery, while fostering a culture of innovation. Your software will be deployed to the cloud with a high degree of reliability and security. You will be an influencer for our engineering culture and quickly establish yourself as a natural go-to thought leader among your peers in the organization.
