Workplace Operations Specialist
Role summary
Lyft is seeking a Workplace Operations Specialist to ensure a comfortable, productive, and inclusive work environment. This role involves providing exceptional operational and facilities support, managing vendor relationships, coordinating with property management, and handling inventory and ticket workflows. The specialist will also assist with onboarding/offboarding, event support, and general office duties. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of customer service experience and 1+ years of office experience, with strong prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, requiring at least 3 days per week in the office.

The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $71,000 - CAD $89,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
