This hybrid role, based in the San Francisco Bay or Los Angeles area with remote options, requires expertise in AI, product development, scalable systems, and project management. The CTO will collaborate with executive leadership to drive innovation, ensure technology meets business needs, and foster sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. Familiarity with ad platforms, data science, and marketing tech stacks is preferred.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay or Los Angeles area, with opportunities for remote work. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder will lead the overall technology strategy, manage AI software development practice, oversee and develop product architecture, and drive innovation to align with aggressive business and product goals.
The CTO will collaborate with CEO and Founder, COO and CMO to ensure technology solutions
meet business needs while fostering sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AI Software Development and Product Development, with the ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
- Familiarity with ad platforms, data science, consumer experience and marketing tech stacks.
- Strong experience in designing product strategy and overseeing architecture for scalable and secure systems.
- Expertise in project management, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Proven leadership skills in cross-department collaboration and team management to drive business and technical goals.
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
