About Us:

We are a B2B custom signage, displays, and promotional products company located in Columbia, MD. Currently, we are in search of a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role involves building client relationships, suggesting suitable products and services, managing quotes and orders, and coordinating activities to ensure the timely fulfillment of customer requests. We provide our team members with a comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs and preferences for their events, tradeshows, expos, and more.
  • Working closely with in-house production, graphics teams, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Handling end-to-end processes, from customer consultation and pricing/quoting to order activation, database communication, and order database entry.
  • Timely communication with customers across various channels, including email, chat, and phone, to provide service excellence in a B2B environment.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional customer service experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proficient in computer CRM systems (preferably QuickBase, HubSpot, and Gsuite).
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
