to lead the strategy, development, and operational management of enterprise endpoint and platform services.
This role will oversee a team of engineers responsible for endpoint device management, enterprise platform tooling, automation, and security standards across a complex global environment. The Director will ensure that endpoint platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with modern infrastructure practices while supporting business productivity and operational reliability. The position requires a technically strong leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels, partnering with infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to deliver highly reliable platform services.
What You’ll Tackle:
• Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers responsible for enterprise endpoint and platform services
• Define and implement platform engineering strategy for endpoint management and device lifecycle operations
• Oversee enterprise endpoint management solutions including configuration, patching, and software deployment
• Implement security policies and standards to ensure device compliance and endpoint protection
• Drive automation and operational improvements through scripting and infrastructure tooling
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to support enterprise IT initiatives
• Monitor platform health and performance while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
• Communicate platform capabilities and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What You Bring:
• 12+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or endpoint management
• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for enterprise platform services
• Deep knowledge of endpoint management technologies such as Intune, SCCM, Tanium, JAMF or similar tools
• Deep knowledge of Virtualization, VDI, Citrix, VMware, Automation
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and enterprise device environments
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Knowledge of enterprise networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and monitoring tools
• Experience automating operational tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to leadership
• Knowledge of AI concepts and tools and how to implement in a growing team
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments
• Experience with enterprise virtualization platforms such as Nutanix
• Experience supporting global enterprise IT environments
• Familiarity with application packaging and software deployment strategies
• Experience implementing modern device management and endpoint security frameworks
