Role summary

Franklin Hospital is seeking a Medical Education Program Manager to support its developing Rural Family Medicine Residency program. This role is responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring smooth planning, accreditation readiness, and seamless execution of educational activities. The manager will collaborate with faculty, residents, hospital leaders, and the program director to maintain program excellence, manage complex information and reporting, and support the expansion of rural health care access. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and three years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in education or healthcare, is required.

The Medical Education Program Manager supports the developing Franklin Rural Family Medicine Residency by coordinating daily program operations, ensuring smooth planning, accreditation readiness, and seamless execution of educational activities. This role plays a key part in shaping a high‑quality training environment for residents preparing to serve rural communities. The manager collaborates closely with faculty, residents, hospital leaders, andthe program directorto maintain program excellence, manage complex information and reporting needs, and support the mission of expanding access to rural health care.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • License/Certifications: N/A
  • Experience: Three years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting or comparable relevant work experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting required. Experience with reporting and complex management of detailed information and data preferred. Budget experience preferred.
