Role summary
We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG to join our team in Mississauga. The role involves designing and developing enterprise-grade AI solutions, building LLM-powered applications using various models, and optimizing RAG pipelines. Responsibilities include prompt engineering, implementing guardrails, integrating AI with enterprise systems, and working with vector databases and AI frameworks. Experience with model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in ML, NLP, and AI fundamentals, with a preference for Python programming.

What You’ll Do

- Design and develop
Generative AI & ML solutions
for enterprise use cases
- Build
LLM-powered applications
using models like
OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Mistral, Llama
- Develop and optimize
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Implement
prompt engineering, tuning, and reusable templates
- Work on
agentic frameworks
and AI-driven workflows
- Apply
guardrails & evaluation techniques
for safe AI outputs
- Integrate AI with enterprise systems via APIs and orchestration tools
Skills :
- Programming:
Python (preferred) or Java (with willingness to work in Python)
- Libraries/Frameworks:
Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers
- AI Frameworks:
LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face
- APIs & Backend:
FastAPI
- Vector DBs:
Pinecone, PGVector, MongoDB Atlas, Neo4j
- RAG & NLP:
Strong hands-on experience in LLM architecture and GenAI design
- Experience with
model deployment & monitoring
- Hands-on with
CI/CD tools:
Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD
- Experience with
Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift
- Exposure to
cloud platforms
like Vertex AI
- Strong foundation in
Machine Learning, NLP, and AI fundamentals
- Experience building
LLM-based applications in production
- Excellent
problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in
fast-paced, collaborative environments
