Role summary

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The role involves defining SLOs/SLIs, building observability tools, implementing automation to reduce toil, and ensuring production readiness. You will also provide application support. Qualifications include experience with Autosys, Oracle, Kubernetes/OpenShift, GCP, and observability tools like AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and Aternity. Experience in a financial/banking organization is preferred. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities are:

- work with stakeholders to define SLOs, SLIs, and error budget.

- build and enhance observability, telemetry, and monitoring tools

- identify and implement automation opportunities and reduce toil

- lead and complete production readiness activities (NFRs, Permit to Operate)

- provide application support

Qualifications

- 2+ years leading, operating and performing SRE team

- 2+ years using Autosys and Oracle

- 2+ years supporting applications on Kubernetes / OpenShift and GCP

- Strong understanding of observability tools AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and Aternity

- Excellent communication and writing skills
