Rehabilitation Program Manager Salary: $104,00 - $135,200 Full/Part Time

Rehabilitation Program Manager essential duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain established standards for quality and principles of patient care.
- Supervises the scheduling of residents for therapy services.
- Manages therapy programs provided by Physical, Occupational, and Speech-Language Pathology.
- Responsible for clinical performance for the rehabilitation department.
- Responsible for the financial performance of the rehabilitation department.
- Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
- Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
Rehabilitation Program Manager Entry Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree from an accredited school in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current valid state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP where applicable.
- Three to Five years (3-5) clinical experience preferred.
