## Job Description
The Opportunity
As the Product Owner you will create the strategy, determine the business goals, formulate scope and develop a roadmap for the implementation of the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform and other large-scale strategic MassMutual initiatives intended to transform how we deliver service to our advisors and customers for years ahead.
In this role, you will partner with all levels of leadership and cross-enterprise parties (e.g. Operational areas, MMLIS, ETX, Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, etc.) on the execution of the advisor and customer engagement strategy.

As a key member of the Shared Services & Enablement Team—a highly collaborative group that drives engagement strategy across the enterprise—the Product Owner will shape the long‑term vision for how MassMutual equips its advisors and delivers service to customers. This role blends strategic thinking, cross‑functional leadership, product planning, and operational alignment to ensure that large‑scale initiatives deliver meaningful, future‑ready capabilities that elevate the overall service experience.
The Impact
This role defines and prioritizes product features that meet current and future customer and advisor needs. It partners across business areas—Operations, ETX, vendors, and subject matter experts—to deliver tools that optimize technology, improve service interactions, and drive business value. The position leads prioritization, scope, and timing of Salesforce deliverables; develops business requirements aligned to strategic outcomes; removes obstacles; evaluates risks; and makes key decisions that guide project direction and timelines. It also ensures each business area is operationally ready for transitions with minimal service impact.
Success in this role requires strong project leadership, data analysis, business knowledge, agility, resilience, and consistent stakeholder communication to maintain transparency on strategy, status, decisions, and challenges throughout the multi phase effort.
