Role summary

We are seeking an AI Engineer specializing in Copilot to build and support AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. This role involves hands-on development of Power Platform components like flows and integrations, leveraging Azure foundations for agent support. You will create Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for AI and Copilot use cases, develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse, and troubleshoot live chatbots post-launch. The ideal candidate has a strong Power Platform foundation, hands-on Azure experience, and a proven track record in chatbot development with a support and troubleshooting mindset. This is a hybrid role requiring strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Duties/Day to Day Overview

Build and support Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
Develop and maintain Power Platform components (flows, integrations)
Work hands‑on with Azure foundations supporting agents
Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for AI and Copilot use cases
Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
Troubleshoot Copilot and Power Platform issues
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new solutions
Strong communication skills with technical and non‑technical teams
Ability to quickly prototype, test, and iterate solutions
Support and troubleshoot live chatbots post‑launch
Partner with Microsoft and internal architects
Address new agent use cases as teams request expansion
Limited but real interaction with merchants for troubleshooting
