Role summary

We are seeking an AI Workflow Automation Engineer to design, build, and iterate on AI-assisted workflows and agents. This role requires hands-on experience with prompt engineering, integrating enterprise GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Enterprise, and Copilot, and orchestrating automations from structured data. You will be responsible for creating executive-consumable outputs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills to deliver impactful automation solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated experience creating high‑quality prompt instructions and iterating them to achieve consistent, reliable outputs.
  • Proven ability to design and build AI‑assisted workflows (automation + orchestration), including experimentation and iterative improvement.
  • Hands‑on capability to build (not just advise): a “doer” who can independently create and ship working workflows/agents. Comfort operating in ambiguous problems with trial‑and‑error to reach an effective automation outcome.
  • Experience working with enterprise GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Enterprise, and/or Copilot, and integrating them into business workflows.
  • Experience structuring operational content in tools like Airtable and orchestrating automations from structured data sources into AI outputs (newsletter generation example).
  • Ability to build workflow outputs that are executive‑consumable (clear narratives, appropriate visuals), aligning to the “BI‑minded” requirement for what good output looks like.
  • Ability to partner with product, data, and organizational teams to drive adoption and effective usage of the agent/workflows.
  • Self-starter who can ramp up quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of end users and technical resources harmoniously. Comfortable presenting program strategy and results to senior management.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a curious nature.
  • High energy and results oriented with a passion for the role. Looking to drive improvements and change.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to various stakeholders.
