Role summary

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to lead enterprise-scale CPQ and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) transformation initiatives. This role will drive end-to-end product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment across sales, pricing, finance, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end product lifecycle (ideation → launch → optimization)
- Lead CPQ and Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives across enterprise systems
- Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
- Sales
- Pricing
- Finance
- Engineering
- Customer Success
- Integrate and optimize platforms such as:
- Salesforce
- CPQ tools (Apttus/Conga or similar)
- Oracle ERP
- Data platforms (Snowflake or equivalent)
- Drive process transformation to improve:
- Deal cycle time
- Pricing accuracy
- Revenue realization
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics
- Lead stakeholder alignment at executive level
- Translate business requirements into scalable product solutions
- Work closely with engineering using Agile/Waterfall methodologies
