We are an innovative MedTech company seeking a Senior Software Engineer to enhance healthcare through AI-powered solutions. This role involves designing, building, and evolving a secure, scalable, cloud-native SaaS platform on AWS, writing production-quality code in Python, Node.js, React, and TypeScript, and owning core architectural decisions. You will lead technical initiatives, conduct design reviews, and coach engineers. The position requires hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps, testing, observability, and incident readiness. Experience translating AI/computer vision concepts into production systems is key. We are looking for 10+ years of experience with demonstrated system- or platform-level impact.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer who thrives in deep technical problem-solving, architecture ownership, and coaching engineers through complex systems.

Design and build

Design, build, and evolve a secure, scalable, cloud-native SaaS platform on AWS
Write production-quality code across Python, Node.js, React, GraphQL, and TypeScript
Own core architectural decisions: data models, APIs, service boundaries, and system reliability

Lead technically

Drive architecture and design reviews for high-impact and cross-cutting initiatives
Pair with and unblock engineers through complex problem-solving
Set the bar for quality, performance, and security through code — not process

Own the platform

Stay hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment workflows
Drive best practices in testing, observability, and incident readiness
Partner with DevOps to improve reliability, scalability, and developer velocity

Ship AI-enabled features

Translate AI and computer-vision concepts into production systems — not just prototypes
Ensure AI features are observable, maintainable, and ready to scale

What we're looking for

10+ years of professional software engineering with demonstrated system- or platform-level impact
Proven experience designing and scaling cloud-native SaaS on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
Strong hands-on CI/CD and DevOps experience — you own systems end-to-end
Proficiency in Python, Node.js, React, and TypeScript with a track record of shipping production code
Startup or scale-up background; comfortable making pragmatic trade-offs under pressure
Experience with AI, ML, or computer vision in production — strong plus
Familiarity with FHIR or HL7 healthcare interoperability standards — plus
