This role involves developing and testing applications using .NET/C#, writing SQL queries for Oracle and SQL Server databases, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines. ## Position

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer who is up to the challenge to support and advance our customer operations. The Software Engineer will design, improve and support order entry and processing software for our customer service call center. In addition to off-the-shelf products the engineer will also improve and maintain software for entering and processing medical grade custom-made products. The engineer will implement new features, streamline user experience, analyze and maintain data associated with order entry and help identify opportunities for improvements. Candidates must be able to work independently or in a team, using experience, good judgment and a certain degree of creativity to accomplish goals.

## Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET/C#.
  • Write SQL queries and stored procedures targeting Oracle Database and SQL Server.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Deploy and monitor applications across environments.
  • Troubleshoot issues and participate in continuous improvement.

## Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience through internships, co‑ops, or entry‑level roles.
  • Experience with .NET/C#, Visual Studio, SQL, and Git.
  • Strong independent work skills with the capacity to master new languages and tools as needed.

## Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Exposure to Docker, REST APIs, and agile environments.

  • Effective communication and teamwork.
  • Self‑motivated with strong initiative and ownership.
