Responsibilities
- Epic Security Certified and Provider Administrator Badge required
- Serve as a liaison between end users, operational leaders, support teams, and vendors to design, build, and optimize assigned applications
- Provide ongoing application support and optimization, working closely with the Service Desk to resolve incidents and service requests
- Analyze business requirements, operational issues, and workflows to configure and improve system functionality
- Participate in project implementations, including requirements analysis, testing, documentation, and deployment of medium- to high-complexity solutions
- Apply healthcare operations knowledge and system expertise to support organizational and clinical business needs
