What are your main responsibilities?

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for business applications & optimization;
• Analyse large datasets to uncover trends and validate hypothesis;
• Build and maintain dashboards to track metrics and communicate insights;
• Collaborate with data engineers and business leaders to enhance data pipelines, evaluate experiments, and refine deployed models;
• Design and execute A/B tests or other experiments to evaluate model performance, validate business hypotheses, and measure impact;
• Directly impact business outcomes such as client retention, sales optimization, and marketing strategies;
• Stay informed on emerging AI & data science trends to enhance business outcomes.

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics); Master’s or Ph.D. is a plus;
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, predictive models & ML application, delivering data-actionable insights (at least 2 years in a dedicated data science role);
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, ML frameworks and data visualization tools (Power BI);
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
• Proven track-record deploying ML models and working with cross-functional teams.
