Medvia is an AI-powered platform operating at the intersection of insurance and financial services. We are growing fast and building infrastructure that doesn’t exist yet.

This is a builder role. You’ll work directly with the founding team to ship full-stack features, own complex integrations, and wire AI into workflows that drive real business outcomes. No bureaucracy. No backlog theater. You build it, you own it, it ships.

We will consider a fractional arrangement for the right candidate with direct insurance industry experience.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain AI-assisted client-facing tools

• Design and own API integrations across CRM, scheduling, and communication platforms

• Connect systems that don’t natively talk to each other

• Deploy and iterate fast in a production environment

What We’re Looking For

• Full-stack experience: Node.js + React or equivalent modern stack

• Production LLM/AI API experience (Anthropic, OpenAI, or equivalent)

• Strong integration instincts – you’ve shipped in messy environments before

• Supabase or PostgreSQL experience

• Vercel or similar deployment environments

• Self-directed with strong communication – you’ll work directly with founders

Bonus

Insurance or fintech background moves you to the top of the list and opens the door to a fractional arrangement.

Compensation

$120,000 – $160,000 per year, depending on experience

Why Medvia

• Your work ships fast to real users

• Remote, ownership-oriented culture

• Early stage with real traction
