As a Product Manager II, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our digital product portfolio by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative solutions. You'll partner with Product Management leadership to refine product requirements and maintain our existing product lines, ensuring our website and digital platforms continue to provide an exceptional experience for our valued customers.

Your Impact:

- Drive Product Excellence:
Execute on product development, feature enhancements, and functionality improvements, aligning with our global strategy.
- Maintain Operational Excellence:
Ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of your assigned product area.
- Contribute to Strategic Vision:
Assist in developing and communicating the product roadmap, driving growth and maintaining our competitive edge.
- Enhance Customer Engagement:
Develop actionable recommendations to boost customer engagement, product sales, and overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate and Communicate:
Gather input from diverse stakeholders and collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to maintain a cohesive global product focus.
- Define and Refine Requirements:
Translate high-level concepts into detailed business and product requirements, working closely with UX/design, IT Business Analysts, and development teams.
- Document and Manage Requirements:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business cases, flowcharts, wireframes, and specifications.
- Support Agile Development:
Assist in establishing iteration plans and ensure seamless execution of new features and issue resolution.
- Analyze and Optimize:
Evaluate feature effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure Global Consistency:
Coordinate with global product managers to maintain a unified product roadmap.
- Oversee Project Progress:
Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure projects align with product requirements.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Develop and execute UAT plans with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and Respond to Metrics:
Closely monitor product metrics, proactively addressing any downward KPI trends.
- Present Performance Insights:
Deliver reports on product performance and roadmap recommendations to senior leadership.
- Mentor and Support:
Guide and mentor Product Managers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Independent Requirement Definition:
Independently define and produce appropriate requirements for approval and development teams.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-7 years of product management or software development experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Direct experience in e-commerce or online marketing product management.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret consumer and customer insights.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive under deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

  • Ability to perform essential duties efficiently and accurately.
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to Idaho or Utah
