10x Talent is seeking an AI-Native Software Engineer to join their founding team. This role goes beyond traditional coding, focusing on leveraging AI tools to operate at a high level and build scalable, world-class systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in software architecture, be fluent with AI tools like Cursor and LLM orchestration, and possess a strong sense of code quality and system design. You will lead the development of core systems, ensure code maintainability, experiment with new AI models, and help shape the company's technical direction.

💻 The Role: Software Engineer (AI-Native)

This is not a “just write code” role.

We’re looking for a force multiplier—an engineer who leverages AI tools to operate at the level of an entire engineering team, without compromising on quality.

You’ll push AI to its limits while maintaining clean, scalable, world-class systems.

  • Stay on the Frontier – Continuously experiment with new AI models and tools
  • Ship Fast, Break Little – Move quickly while spotting risks before they scale
  • Shape the Future – As a founding engineer, define the technical DNA of 10x Talent
