• Develop and maintain complex, production-grade \*\*Python\*\* systems for real-world environments. - Design modular, testable codebases using modern \*\*Python\*\* tooling and best practices like \*\*FastAPI\*\*, \*\*Pydantic\*\*, and unit/integration testing frameworks. - Optimize performance through profiling and memory optimization in \*\*Python\*\*. - Work \*\*independently and asynchronously\*\* to meet deadlines while improving \*\*AI model performance\*\*. - Collaborate with \*\*AI research teams\*\* to enhance training data quality and model outputs. ## Qualifications ### Must-Have
• Proven track record of building and maintaining complex \*\*Python\*\* systems. - Deep understanding of \*\*Python\*\* language fundamentals, including decorators, generators, async/await, and context managers. - Experience designing modular, testable codebases with modern \*\*Python\*\* tooling. ## Interview Process - \*\*90 mins\*\* human interview centered on \*\*Python\*\*. - Feedback within two weeks. ## Compensation & Legal - \*\*Hourly contractor\*\* - \*\*$100/hour\*\* based on experience ## Application Process (Takes 20–30 mins to complete)
