Sales Development Representative - New Grad
Role summary
Mercury is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for their new grad program to help startups and small businesses utilize their financial stack. This remote role involves identifying and reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, social media, and email to generate interest and schedule meetings. SDRs will qualify leads, build prospect relationships, and track sales metrics. The ideal candidate is a driven, optimistic, and collaborative individual with 1+ year of sales or equivalent experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fintech. This is a target-driven role focused on achieving and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and benefits.
Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a job candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers. We currently do not have any variable compensation or bonus structures in place.
