We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of logistics and customer service within a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect data from multiple sources (spreadsheets, systems, emails, reports)
- Compile and maintain recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency
- Format and present reports in Excel, PowerPoint, or other tools
- Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes
- Support documentation of reporting procedures and workflows
- Assist in transitioning manual reports toward automation (when applicable)
- Communicate findings clearly to team members and stakeholders
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables preferred)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
