Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade data pipelines
- Lead ETL architecture and implementation for complex datasets
- Define and enforce data modeling best practices (fact/dimension, performance optimization)
- Write and optimize advanced SQL for analytics and reporting
- Build and support BI dashboards and semantic layers
- Work with GCP data services (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow)
- Partner with PwC stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Mentor junior and mid-level team members
- Contribute to architecture discussions, data standards, and governance

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering
- Expert-level SQL
- Strong hands-on experience with ETL frameworks and orchestration
- Advanced knowledge of data modeling for analytics and BI
- Experience with BI tools and reporting platforms
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to own solutions end-to-end in a client-facing environment
