Workplace Coordinator
Role summary
Metropolis is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator for its Nashville HQ to manage daily office operations and enhance the employee experience. This role involves overseeing facilities, vendor relationships, inventory, mail, and scheduling, while also coordinating events and culture initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced workplace environment, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a proactive, self-driven attitude. Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools is preferred. This is an onsite role requiring 5 days a week in the office, contributing to a collaborative and innovative culture.

This role blends the strategic with the hands-on, managing day-to-day office operations while also owning the employee experience in ways that inspire connection, culture, and collaboration. When you join Metropolis, you'll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. The anticipated base pay for this position is $25.00 USD to $33.00 USD hourly. The actual base pay offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base pay is one component of Metropolis' total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans, and more. #LI-AW1 #LI-Onsite
